Food was good, and I had the best massage I think I have ever had! Moreto the point, it was very convenient to airport and the transport wasefficient and on time. The room was huge! It was quiet and very comfortable.I thought the shuttle bus to the airport was excellent.Excellent service; convenient, close to airport, attentive staff. Nice hotel; good value for money. Very handy for the airport. Cheap and clean. Everything needed for a short stay.

It was difficult to book a triple. Food was awful.A/C did not work very well, could not cool the room below 80 degrees per separate thermometer on my alarm clock, despite adjustments I made to the remote control. You have to tell beforehand how long you want to use a computer for the internet and you have to pay beforehand the number of "planned" minutes at a rate of 2 Bath per minute.No elevetor, but that is not such a big problem. I don't know i got there late so i only slept in the room but no complaints. The bed was ok but not so confortable as I expected because of the sheets bas quality. that the shower is not enclosed. No lift. It's not near anything, and the food on offer was a little limited in terms of choice.The shawer intergrated t the rest of the bathroom, there is no division. A long way from any facilities ie last minute shopping. The counter staff were able to communicate sufficiently in English, but we were unable to get them to call us a local taxi. They kept directing us to the Limo service of the Hotel. We used that to get across the city to the Chatuchuk markets at 900 Baht as it turned out to be the only way to conveniently get there. The Limo and the driver were good. It does not have a lift. It was one of the few hotels in Thailand that charged for internet connection. There is one shuttle bus each hour and they cram everyone in. They do not run a second minibus and I am not sure what would have happened if we had not been willing to squash up and get everyone in.The restaurant was rubbish. Worst thai food in thailand. They wouldn't put my restaurant bill on my bill of the hotel. Must pay seperatly. It was difficult for the driver to find the hotel.bathroom is a little poor. direct confirmation about airport pick-up (e.g. location at the airport, time of pick-up, contact person, etc.). Well it's rather cheap, so don't expect much. When I was there the hotel was brand new with bad quality furniture, I beleive the overall quality of the room is going to decrease pretty fast. On VISA-payment charge 5% extra. Never experienced this before inThailand. No elevator to the 4th floor.Staff did not speak English very well. Charge for shuttle cost 1/3 of what room cost. Had a hard time finding shuttle at airport coming in almost had to take taxi. They have charged my credit card twice for one night stay.
