They were super quick to help you whenever you needed it. When we arrived, they young guys grabbed our huge back packs and helped us carry it up the 4 flights of stairs. Close to the airport with free transfer. Cafe style restaurant with limited menu that could be improved although quick and cheap,. like you can see , it is a good hotel for a short time , the service is OK , look to my rating about this hotel.

The hotel claims to be near a shopping village but it is not. The noise from surrounding buildings and dogs barking. around hotel was similar to building site although the hotel area was very smart. It is a bit far away from airport, takes 15~20 mintues with stuffle bus. No buffet breakfast. The area is not very nice, but we arrived late and left early so it did not matter. At first we did not find the free shuttle bus, and had to ask the Information desk to call the hotel. But that was sorted out within 10 minutes, so not a big deal. cleanliness of room as there where some cockroaches. We spent 30 minutes looking for their representative when we arrived fortheir free transfer - location was at unattractive neighborhood 10-minute drive from airport - hotel advertised which credit cards theyaccept, but when we tried to use them they charged a 5% fee - thebathroom had an uncomfortable makeshift shower.
