Rooms were just opened. Great location just near Skytrain. Rooms are nice decorated. No aircon and shared bathroom. Nice terrace with bamboo small house.

no screens on the window, noisy street day & night, could be cleaner in room (carpets & walls).
The guest house is next to a really noisy street. Besides there are also little insects/bugs in the room. You have to pay for towels and soap. The room is pretty clean as long as you don't look under the bed.
