1. Actually the location is not too hard to find because it is very near from khaosan road walking street.
2. The budget is cheap enough.
3. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful.
4. The wifi signal is excellent. I can access internet very fast connection.

Very central - in Khao San Road neighborhood, but not at the very street, so it's a bit more calm at night (although it's Bangkok, don't expect it will be quiet...). 24/7 shop across the street.
Just 500 Baht for an airconditioned room so close to the Khao San Road!

At the first look the room looked quite bad, but it actually was really good and quiet, though some rooms fronting main road will probly be noisy. Air con was really nice but some filter cleaning could take place.

The room is not too bright. The lamp is quiet dark. That's all. :).
Nothing to complain about. It's a budget accommodation, don't expect too much. But it's clean and safe.
No towels in the rooms, you have to walk downstairs to the reception and
make a deposit first. No shampoo, toilet tissue etc in the rooms even
though their advertisement reads they offer it.
Woman at the reception was everything but helpful. She was rude, and pushy, didn't even let us use the toilet in the lobby! Don't let this put you off the place though, the rooms were good and clean, and that's really all you need around Khao San Road.

Wifi didnt reach my room. Usually I would forget about it and use wifi at lobby, but thats the second issue- no lobby... only reception desk. So i didnt have possibility to use wifi at all.
Strong smell and the mattress. We booked a room without window. The smell was so strong that we had to leave the door open until we got use to it. We were told all the rooms are smoking room. The mattress was uncomfortable, as it was still wraped in a thick plastic film and the sheet was very thin.
Some rooms don't have a proper window, just a black glass and you can't open them. We were robed. Quite old.

You need to pay a deposit for everything, keys 300 baht, towels 250
baht, rooms are very noisy and the reception checks your documents all
the time you go back to your room like police!!!.
