I have enjoyed your service , however on my last stay at the citrus Bkk I booked the wrong day, I was a day earlier, I explained my fault and paid extra , so I hope I am not charged for the later day I did not stay, can you please check for me Many thanks Michael heath Koh Samui. This Hotel is a hidden Gem, everything about it is fantastic. Modern, spacious and well maintained with friendly, efficient staff. Soi 13 is quiet yet still central for all your needs. BTS Station is about 10 mins walk away. Loved it and would definately stay again.

This was a perfect place for a weekend. It is comfortable and clean. The food in the cafe was good and the choice at breakfast was as good as most hotels. The room was very comfortable and quiet. It's not too far from the main road so it's convenient to travel around Bangkok. Its just 5 mins walk from BTS Nana. So everything is just veryy veryy close by. The room was small and the shower door was not designed well- hard to get in and out. Son rooms are facing construction site so make sure you ask for a room facing the other side. No fitness room. The street outside. Pool was busted, rooms are just getting a little rough around the edges, flooded street out front (not hotel's fault, and not common). Rooms were small and a little claustrophobic Lighting inside the rooms can be brighter Had delay and endless wait at the lobby before checking in to the hotel. Never refill toiletries. Swimmingpool is very small and useful at all. none. Small parking. room was small. the rain shower in the toilet not working as it should be ... disappointed ... Uneven flooring. It's quite a distance from the main Sukhumvit road. Hot shower inconsistent. Road going to hotel is rugged and doesn't have a sidewalk Didn't have trash cans in the room initially. We had to request for them. As Moslem family the break fast had daily is servicing with Bork or the pan you serve food the some pan you serve pork , we as Moslem do not eats pork. Shatle bas is not taking you to the arbic road . Unfortunately the swing pool is close after I booked the hotel I came to know . The rooms are small and not counting door unfortunately this is my request in my booking I found out when I arrived . There is not interntrment for children during the swing pool is close . The road to the hotel is very bad. Difficult find taxi far away from big road. They said in their review when booking room city views. There was no city views. No in room iron facilities. Room size. Kept hitting my leg on bed when walked past. Very small room. When making a complaint there was no manager and wouldn't help us with our complaint. one thing no good is Tuk Tuk Car out of order,we have to walk all the way out to main road. - shower temparature control is bad. too hot or too cold - location is bit too far in. approx 15 - 20 min walk from nearest BTS. - tuk-tuk service not available during my stay - hard to find a breakfast joint in the morning. Everything the photos in the website give the room a big look but the room is soo small since im checked better and cheaper hotels around it and near the main street. The bed was soo bad. It was the horst hotel in my life.
