All in all it was great. Very friendly staff, nice pool on the rooftop with no people and it works until 23:00, fast wifi, very clean, modern and comfortable room. (we had Premier room and it was quite big) Breakfast was good with all the basic western morning dishes, three types of tropical fruits, and 2-3 asian dishes. Lots of street food and fruits stalls on the street. Hotel is located conveniently for shopping and sightseeing. Also the stuff checked us in at 10 am with no questions and .

I visited Bangkok four times its the best hotel for medical travelers whose want to go to Bumrungrad hospital. Finally I can say Best Western is the best. فندق رائع جدا نظيف وراقي. The hotel was perfectly located for my visit to Bumrungrad Hospital, with the main entrance literally outside the hotel's restaurant. I stayed at Best Western for 10 days and the staff were excellent, facilities kept clean and the room pleasant to recuperate in which was needed. The pool was nice and quiet during the day.You will never get a taxi because traffic is permanently stuck around there (as with most of BKK) but the hotel's a 5 minute walk from Phloen Chit BTS which is really central a. Hotel staff were amazing. There was 3 of us so we booked a twin room and requested a spare bed, they didn't have one but did their best to find us one. Okay it didn't turn up til the 2nd night and 1 person had to sleep on the sofa but they did their best to help and didn't charge us for a 3rd person on the 1st night. We also extended our stay by a night which was done easily in a phone call. The hotel is ideal for those wanting to go to Bumrungrad International Hospital. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok. The room size is very reasonable in comparison to other hotels and well designed/equipped. Modern bathroom with rain shower. Multiple wifi passes were provided. I think this great hotel should provide free TUK TUK to Nana BTS Sky train station as the Hotel page said (It offers free shuttle service to Nana BTS Sky train station) but in true ...No. A few niggles with housekeeping/room service but otherwise fine. The weird lighting system is annoying (the bathroom light seems to permanently want to stay on), and the slippers are the cheapest I've ever seen so bring your own. - No spa - Dim room lighting (common in many hotels though) - no bath. none. It can be very crowded at breakfast. I flet the bed should be more comfortable (My friend was ok and did not complain about the bads). We had to check out at 12am and our lugages was kept at the reception but not in a closed room, everyone had access to it. This should be improved. Street outside a bit seedy and some distance from main road. View from window could have been better but net curtains made it seem better! Repairs to gym one day then pool the next caused some disruption but shows the place is being well maintained. It a non smoking hotel so for a person like me me a smoker it was a problem. Had to go to the roof top for ones first smoke of the day at 5 am. The roof pool's size (who cares; its great anyhow)?. It is slightly far from the shopping area and you to commute using taxi or bts. Not fancy room views. Nothing really, although the cleaners never came at the same time which was weird. Ambient music in corridor suddenly turned on extremely loud at 05:00 am and woke me up. I hope that was a single case :). Breakfast menu needs a bit of an improvement. Prices for food and drinks were slightly above what we were anticipating, but still acceptable. WiFi was terrible in the room, this needs to be improved. The bed was quite hard (but as we found, most beds in Asia seem to be hard). Whilst we appreciate the free shuttle service, this only ever took us about 300m down the street, it never took us to the train station like we were told it would. It was almost pointless having it... Need to improve the breakfast. The breakfast buffet could be improved. Location is not great for local attractions and restaurants. Terrible music played at the bar and for breakfast. The lobby is quite small -- there are enough seats. The dining room is a little cramped and a little clattered. Breakfast can be better. The block its own isn't too fancy, but safe, and there is good street food. Need to make diffrent style and menu for the breakfast. Nothing. All was perfect, vraiment excellent qualité/prix. Located in a small Soi, traffic jam. No spa at hotel and offcourse i dont want to use the one around the area and on the streets of sukumvith..i recommend hotel to make one. That I had not been here before. Nothing. Housekeeping need to improve cleaning the room. No negative comments. Serving in the dining area is cramped and breakfast could be better. I did not like the food that much. The Breakfast Buffet did not have much variety and was just okay. Location was maybe a bit too far from decent restaurants, granted there are plenty of local street options around. Some facilitues Lack of spa / suana services. Prices for drinks in bar are high. the breakfast buffet could be improved.
