  We loved everything about this hotel, we booked a room with a balcony which was just lovely, we had a view to the mountains. The room was extremely clean and well kept. Staff were great the lady in the breakfast room was very attentive! Breakfast was very nice with a basket of pastries, cereal, toast, yoghurt, fresh fruit and juice and cold meats.... what people say » The bedding and pillows were the most comfortable I've had in a hotel for a long time. The hotel was in a quiet area close to the station it was situ - The location closed to the station is excellent, but not only that, all staffs were warm and friendly, willing to assist their guests. I stayed at two beds room with my older child, and the room had a great space. I really love the bathroom was located in the back of bed room going through a door and a short hallway space. I also appreciated that they gave us free tickets of metro and bus dated from check-in and check-out date. Breakfast was excellent in the cozy nice room. Check-out time at 12

  The hotel was right on the lakefront/harbor with a great view from the lakeview room. The underground parking was great for a car trip stop and access to the hotel/lobby was easy and well laid out. Again was 100% with the room, especially with bed and pillows. Love design of the room. My mother stayed of the standard room and it was also very nice. Location of the hotel, imho, is better than in the city center - you are close to the lake and can enjoy it. Getting to every part of the city is sipmle - 2 min walk to Metro station. And a small supermarket nearby.

  They were full so upgraded us to Beau Rivage, and put us up in a suite.Had a magnificent stay. We were also able to take a tour of the Angleterre which had lovely rooms as well. - Very clean and spacious room, great location right nex to the lake.

The rooms are new and well maintained, new beddings + extra pillows, soundproof, hot showers with strong water pressure, free wifi in the rooms, individual temperature (heating/AC) control. Location is right on the edge of the old town, in 1-2 minutes you - Staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome.They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel was very central and good value for money compared with other hotels in the city centre. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic with a really good choice of food to eat. Don't be put off by the 2 star rating its as good if not better than many hotels we've stayed in with a higher star rating.
