Staff extremely helpful and were more than happy to assist with any query and also suggest places i should go and see in Lausanne. Glad i stayed here and will definately stay again. Attractive room, nice bathroom, welcoming staff, half way between Ouchy and Lausanne centre so convienient for both areas (we walked up and down the hills but we could have taken the bus and the fenicular station is alongside) , nice and clean. - Vincent
