great rooms....very modern decor and amenities

We only stayed overnight and were not in the hotel long enough to experience it's facilities.

Cleaning staff knocking at bedroom door several times in the morning, asking if we had ordered room service.

big , comfortable , sunny room , with panoramic view of the city ! The bathroom was also big , luxurious , clean , with many accessories .

The hotel is a tall all glass building, the room had floor to ceiling windows. Just Great

If you wanted coffee and a croissant, you had to pay CHF30. There was no other option offered. Fine if you are on an expense account, not so great if you are paying your own way. while I can afford nearly CHF100 with tax and SVC, I do not want to.

Smoking in the lobby. While waiting for friends to pick us up, we had to leave the lobby coffee counter and go outside because the smell of smoke was overwhelming. Our clothes smelled for the rest of the day.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were also very well presented. Bar Rouge also added an additional positive for the hotel with a stunning view of the city.

Very good business hotel, in excellent location and with tremendous views over the city. Brilliant tram links. Weekend rates are very good value. All in all an ideal base from which to explore this fascinating city.
