We loved everything about this hotel. jasmina , the hotel manager and her husband were absolutely wonderful, they treat you like family. This is the best hotel i have ever stayed in, the room is big and spotless clean. Breakfast is nice and location is great. They even had toys for my daughter to play with, they also have free airport service, i loved this hotel . Thank you again to jasmina and her wonderful husband for making our stay so memorable.
all reviews » Uncomplicated, friendly owners went out of their way to make my stay pleasant, welcoming me from the moment I arrived and offering advice and answers to all my questions. My room was spacious, clean, and for the most part quiet. Breakfast was good, lots of fresh fruit and a good cappuccino. the room I had was large, very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. with only 9 rooms the staff knew everyone staying there and greeted everyone as they came through the main door, this made a nice change from the larger hotels i have stayed in. Staff were very friendly; the hotel was clean and quite modern. The room was on par with other business hotels and I especially enjoyed having my own balcony. The location was good. Extremely friendly & efficient staff/owner-treated like a member of the family. Position - close to station & city/tourist area. Very clean & comfortable rooms. The best hotel management possible... Nice large clean room,very good breakfast. This is a second time we booked in Micro hotel and I would recommend to everybody. Very welcoming and friendly staff! Although there were Iron and board on the ground floor, one in each room would have been better. better toiletries would also be nice given the high price of hotels in Basel some small bottles should be within budget. The breakfast facilities were fairly basic (i.e. no warm entres) but I can understand since it wasn't a very big hotel and therefore a full service buffet probably isn't cost effective to offer. Nothing. Couldn't fault anything. 1. The hotel cost a fortune for what it is. The price put me off! 2. There was only one TV channel in English. 3. Getting the wireless internet working was a tricky and convoluted process. 4. The hotel was slighly off the beaten track. 5. No gym nearby.
