  The hostel is at a great environment and close to a beach. There was a really nice customer kitchen. The Hostel's a la carte restaurant was also great. Staff members are young, energic and happy.   I have the best time staying at Applerum Landgard. The breakfast is local, amazing and you can't stop eating.   This place is paradise for countryside lovers. We were just in transit for trip at Arstrid Lindgrens Varld, which is fantastic by the way, but there is so much more to see and visit in the surroundings. We recommend at least 3 nights to get a feeling of this place. So tranquil and friendly, it feels just like in fairy tales. And of course, host is... what people say » very nice and helpful. If I had to pick just one spot in Sweden, this would be it ! - Nice modern cottage with fully equipped kitchen, IKEA beds and fine bathroom. Good location in beautiful surroundings with lakes nearby. Car necessary. 10 minutes drive to Astrid Lindgrens World. There is no reception so call the owners prior to arrival. This is a self service establishment so be prepared to clean the house upon departure.

  Owners are very friendly!!! We enjoyed very much or short stay there. Our room with private bathroom and small kitchen was very nice and clean. Everything is clean and well maintained. A beautiful garden invites you to relax. The lake Rummen is just a few minutes.
