Our room was beautifully made up each day.There was plenty of lounge space to sit and relax or read. The breakfast buffet was very good too. Ideally placed for station and airport as well as buses to town. Modern and very well kept. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great. Included tickets to Isla Magica were fantastic-especially for our kids.The hotel staff was excellent!! One man at the front desk was extremelyhelpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was great!.

Breakfast was excellent. car park uses obtuse access system and is difficult to get a car into. internet cost 3 euros per hour and you can't print any page, you can't open any file from our usb and also you can't use skype. we asked to print some pages from our usb and they refused. Staff not very forth coming, we were not told how to get into their car park, nor how to get out, a Spanish man from the bar opposite the car park called out to us and showed us how to open the security door.Relatively peripheral to main location - but we knew that when we booked and it was outweighed by the quality of the hotel. parking. Requested a parking space and was told no parking place at arrival, although they were trying to charge parking fee at check out, not believing that themselves told me no parking space at arrival.It was too hot in the room, the air conditioning was not working nor was the telephone to call reception. They gave us another room in the middle of the night: I would have expected an apology or some way to make up for the problem. parking. we asked for car parking but were told' when we arrived that there is no parking space. one of the 2 rooms we ordered had bad smells in it and was not very pleasant.
