The apartment was a good size for a few nights. They were quite and in an interesting barrio. The car park Macarena is about 15 mins walk, check for deals on arrival. We weren't expecting steps to get into the living area, but they didn't cause too many problems once we set up a temporary stair gate for our baby. The location near Plaza Alameda is great, there are loads of yummy tapas bars, the apartments are also near the Feria mercado, a pleasant walk to the Alcazar or Cathedral (around 20 mi.

Relatively easy to park car in area. Safe neighborhood. Three blocks from Magdalene Church and River Walk. Had attic apartment that included private deck with rooftop views. Absolutely beautiful apartment, we stayed in one bedroom one that had private roof terrace. Best place we stayed at in spain and worked out the cheapest too! Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom with bath and shower over. Nice area close to big square with lots of restaurants/bars. Short walk to 2 local markets also. Amazing apartment. Localização. The staff were very accommodating. Our check in and check out times were very flexible, which was nice. When the air conditioners stopped working and there was a very bad smell from the courtyard they came to disinfect the same day. We had a broken baby cot on arrival, but this was replaced the following day. There was no parasol for the table on the roof terrace which was much needed in the 40oC sun. When we rang the office we were simply told that there wasnt one...... But we bought cheap one and left it there for future people. Location is a bit far out of the centre but worth it for the quality of the apartment. Arriving needs to be arranged carefully as you have to call them 30 mins in advance to tell them so they can meet you there with the key. Make sure you have a detailed map on you when you arrive! There isn't one in the apartment and Seville is a maze!. 2 things: (1) I'd expect to have the basics in the kitchen such as cooking oil, salt, sugar etc. These things don't cost much but would sure upgrade the stay and prevent the guest from buying these stuff for a few days of visit. (2) No parking - it was inconvenient as we had to park the car in a parking lot 15 mins away in a cost of 22 Euros per day, which is a lot!. Parking can be an issue with the narrow streets - allow time to find a space, we managed to eventually park outside the building!. Dificuldade em estacionar. The bad smell from the courtyard, and there were fleas or bedbugs in the bed. There is also a nest of ants in the door jamb. The upstairs air conditioners need more freon.
