A bad expierence, the most terrible hotel I have lived so far

First of all, the hostel is not honest, he charged me for two nights fees, actually we have lived there for one night. The responsible person is an old man with very very bad attitude. He can not speak english at all. In room there was no hot water for shower, no heat, dirty and noisy room, wifi didnot work. I will definitely donot recommend this hostel
