We liked that is a really comfortable for the price, beds and rooms were greatly clean. Everything was great. It is a really great place for 6 people.

We didnt like having to Pay a cleaning fee. And the closest metro station is like 10mins walking. And Sagrada Familia is 15mins walking, NOT CLOSE.
No plugs for sinks - nowhere to put toiletries in bathroom - could not make tv or aircon work.
Noisy; no full length mirror; minute bathroom - mould in the shower and the shower door did not close fully; no international TV stations; cockroach - at least one every night; sunbeds on terrace wd be nice touch; we were left 15 minutes on the stairwell before the staff member let us in to our flat - she was "dealing with a client".
