It was a great experience to stay in a house with Sagrada Familia view :) Very good located home with a good decoration and clean rooms. The metro station, bus stops is very close. You can walk to the Park Guell (it takes nearly 30 minutes), also you can find various transportation from the main street in front of the Sagrada Familia (it is nearly 5 minutes away from home). The staff in the reception is really helpful. Thanks Timo for advise us to see el born, really nice area.
all reviews » This was a 3 bedroom apartment with views of La Sagrada Familia. Beautiful, new, clean. 3 bedrooms - one room had a double bed with a bathroom; one room had a double bed and one room had two twins. There was also a furnished kitchen, dining room table, couch and tv. Very comfortable for a family or group of friends. The price was fantastic and internet was included for 1 euro a day. Highly recommend. I love everything about this apartment. I mean EVERYTHING. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Especially this young lady named Elisa/Lisa ( I did not get her real name properly) but she is so helpful. Go out drinking 1 beer with her also. The apartment is so spacious, clean, nice. I like the view of Segrada Familia from my living room. 10/10. Definitely gonna stay again if got chance. Everything. Perfect location. Spacious modern apartment. 1 minutes walk to metro which is no less than 10-15 minutes from anything. Second time staying in Barcelona and this apartment was so much better than previous accommodation. Excellent view of Sagrada Familia from most windows. Excellent Apartment 2 of the bedrooms had a balcony, both showers very good and the view from the main balcony is a wow factor. Location is very close to the Metro and staff very helpful. The apartment rented should clearly state the actual facilities of the unit you reserve (with pictures if possible). I really thought I was renting an apartment with more than one bathroom but was actually moved to an apartment that had one full bathroom that was way to small. Our apartment E1 was near the main road, and traffic noise at night was quite Loud especially when the roads were being cleaned, by a very loud engine on the road sweeper and the lorry that emptied the rubbish skips in the early hours of the morning, this is one of the things you have to put up with, because these things have to be done, and there is nothing one can do but put up with it though you get a disturbed nights sleep through no fault of the apartments owner. Small elevator, not many toiletries in bathroom. Location is best for families, but for a group of young men we were a bit far from the bar scene. Waited forever for the elevator one time, and finally gave up and walked down the 6 flights. Not easy for my mother and aunt who are 75 and 80 years old. Someone at the bottom was holding it for some reason. There was renovations going on in stairwell (winding staircase) wasnt really a big problem because we used the elevator. will be nice once done!. Because it was the centre of town, it got very noisy. Investing in soundproofing would be a good idea. A bit noisy, elevator is small and slow. please tell other people booking with you for this hotel to be extra carefull when using the metro has my husband got his wallet taken out of a zipped side pocket mr mrs k h clare perth w a. One of the mornings I was awaken by some loud male voices. The bathroom sinks were very narrow and there were no full-length mirrors. The lift could take only three people at once, which meant at least one of our party climbing the stairs. Fuvacility was under renovation; painting was on-going throughout the stay. The Door to Apartment was very old, and lock was hard to manage/operate. Apartment had been freshly renovated, however decorations were not complete - lots of bare walls without any art work. Nothing. building being renovated, repairs and painting outside apartment. door was very difficult to open. none of it. We missed glasses for red-wine! And scissors . it looks better in pictures and not very cheap. Notning. No full length mirrors. Nothing. Having to change rooms after first night. Bed were a bit hard. Very loud traffic noise. Kind of dumpy feeling apartment. Definitely felt over-priced and over-rated for what it was. Only one toilet. But not absolutely horrible or anything. Just kind of mediocre and dumpy. Very Noisy during night time, bit far from city center,. Heating did not work during our stay. limited service (we had to wait outside for nearly an hour before we can check in). noisy street at night. Apartment was sparsely furnished and much of the decor was tired. It was not as nice as the website made it look. We had booked an apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms but finished up with one bathroom and five bedrooms. bed is very soft，the left is always busy。...........that is all,this hotel is bad.
