I was hosted at this hotel with other four friends. Our room was actually an apartment structured on two floors with an interior ladder. Situated on the floor I think that its quality was a little bit reduced comparing to the other ones. Of course, this wasn't a problem because we had all the facilities included such as big clean rooms, one living room and a big kitchen. We also had a great enclosed terrace that had a table and chairs so that we could spend perfect mornings there. The main reas.

Very friendly and responsive staff. 5 min of walking to Sagrada Family (we stay on MH Apartments on Rosellon street 448). There are a dishwasher, a washing machine, iron, coffee maker... in the apartments. It's very comfortable for family with children. Comfortable, clean, spacious, great location, well equipped, safe, very quiet, being able to leave the luggage in the apartment until later that night, being able to contact staff. Very large apartment with laundry machine and free WIFI. It is close to Metro lines. cleanliness nice interior well-equiped. Location, Clean, Well Equipped. Facilities, location. We like the location. It´s too close of Sagrada Familia and all public transports. The apartment it's small, but nice. The lack of the shower gel, of the liquid soap and the ruined hairdryer could represent a minus for the hotel. That there were quite a lot of maintenance issues that needed to be looked at. Those could be checked before each book in - my issues were blocked shower, shower nozzle holder was broken, kitchen sink didn't hold water for washing up dishes, lights that didn't work etc, things that could be checked weekly maybe? The floor was a little dirty, my sox were dirty after a day of walking only around the unit. A separate WC would be handy! The plumbing was wrong in the toilet and it flushed with hot water!. No locker on bedroom door. wi-fi was not really available in the apartment. Noisy neighbours on stag night. Poorly signed. There wasn't a reception and we should call to contact someone of the staff. When we leave the hotel should have someone to check if everything is ok. We have to inform our credit card nr. to ensure any damage in the apartment. I really did not like this requirement by the hotel. First. Room was removed late to give us the room Two. We booked an apartment for six persons received a maximum of five Three. Tap in the kitchen was improper and poorly repaired Four. Received one set of keys to the apartment which will be difficult for us to be conducted in Five. Asked for an extra blanket and told us you can not Six. Everything is small, showers and most crowded services If we invite ten nights, the towels were not replaced?.
