The hotel staff was very helpful.
The beds are not very comfortable and generally the hotel looks more like a 3-stars hotel, not a 4-stars.

The classification of this hotel as 4 star is hugely misleading. The rooms are average, not even a kettle included, the safe was broken, the toliet broken (though to be fair they came and fixed the latter very quickly- the safe remained broken the entire time.The beds are rock hard and breakfast is overpriced with a very poor selection. The pool and roof bar were closed. The main bar is soulless
