We were met at the apartment.

1)The consultant chased me out at the end of my stay. Extremely rude guy.
2)The outside of the property reeks of urine. Once inside though the place is very clean.
We were left with no electric called the office and nobody called back
just left us in the dark.
There was a massive hole in ceiling.
what looked like cockroaches every morning in the apartment.
Shower cubical was not exactly clean.
Paying 65 euro for a cleaning fee.
Paying 30 euro to check in after 9pm when on booking this it said check in was 3pm - 12pm midnight.
Isn't very clean the platts and glasses ofthe kicthen.
staff not helpful. it's very annoying to go to a far different place to pick up the keys. "deluxe" flat is actually a noisy and smelly ground floor studio-no views.
