It was vary great beaing in Aptbcn Gran Via.it was very clean,very comforte and more than every thing the location of Aptbcn Gran Via,because it's very easy to go to turistic places from Aptbcn Gran Via and it's about 1 min walk to metro station.
Staff were excellent - very helpful - the Meet and Greet guy (Chris?) and also the cleaners.
The apartments were spotlessly clean and nicely decorated, large fan in the room. Kitchen and bathrooms excellent.

Everything is perfect about Aptbcn Gran Via - central location, cosy rooms, friendly staff!!! I'd love to stay there again and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!.
Beautiful old building and room, fan (it was hot!), great shared facilities that were always clean, free wifi, good location.
Quite good location (about 15mins walk from Rambla and 10mins from
Passeig de Gracia metro station). Fully equipped kitchen.
Location...lady who met us to give us the keys was amazing... She gave us lots of info, a map and was just lovely .

It was very clean, it was no problem sharing the bathrooms as they were free most of the time, the location was pretty good! (close to metro, walking distance to most places).

First couple of nights there were some noisy German guys in the apartment, who were a bit annoying. Once they left everything was great !!.
It could be a little noisy on account of the other visitors in the apartment, but not a big issue.
No air conditioning. Very strict rules in the apartment (eg. Night
silence from 10pm to 8am). No reception desk so you have to arrange
meeting at the check-in at the specific time. The door to the toilet
couldn't be closed.
Shower head could be better.
Walls a little thin so noisy at night.

No nose tolerance at all and be careful charged extra 75 euro for showing up after midnite due to flights delay.
on the way from outside into the apartment complex, the step is quite dangerously positioned. I almost broke my ankle going over it....
Staff can seem aggressive but it's prob a language barrier more than anything.
It was quite noisy at night, the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors talk! It's not a problem if you have quiet neighbors that go to bed early, but if they're noisy late at night it can be annoying!.
There is no office in the building. I was asked to call the service when I was on the airport to establish meeting time what I did. Then I had to wait for the service one hour in front of the building. To get invoice I had to call the office 6 times. They promise something but then they do not do it.
