It is perfect. Very close to downtown. Clean. They have baby cot and baby high chair for free. Thay have 2 bathrooms. Just PERFECT.

Parking is a little problem.

Loved the privacy of our own place. Restaurant options for QUALITY food was much better in this neighborhood than the tourist areas. We felt like we were part of the real neighborhood, not the tourist section.

Only 3 small towels for 2 people for 3 nights stay. Would have preferred more and better quality towels. Small factor for all of the benefits of this great little apartment.

Clean room not far from metro and sagra familia.very good internet connection

Some not so g98d rules the owjer ask from us to clean thecroom before we go to wash the dishes put out the rubbish otherwise she charge 150 euro also she ask ftom us to jot make any nouse but the whole building was always noise

Extremly helpfull staff, well equipped kitchen and rooms, Really close to Sagrada Familia (5-10 min. of walk), Rambla (20 min) and Portugalete Beach (35-40 min)

Poor internet connection, Noisy doors, AC in the lobby gave poor yield in the room

4 bedrooms easily slept all seven of us. Apartment was huge, and no problems at all with check in. Location was good and we had a very pleasant stay. Recommend highly.

Hassle free. Spacious. Clean. Proper Barcelona rather than totally tourist. Great bakery for breakfast 2 mins away. Excellent welcome from Geraldine.

Very nice apartments in a convenient location. Close to the Sagrada Familia and two subway lines. Quite close to the central attractions and many nice restaurants around.

Near to Sagrada Familia and Nord Station. The apartments were large enough. For groups who are on budget holiday it is suitable. The street is near to cafes and supermarkets. One of them is dia.

The owner of the apartment. He behaved as we were his enemies. Then he changed, but first impression was terrible and the students were a bit scared of him. I regretted renting the apartment as we could find hotels with the same price. He asked for more money than the price on letsbookhotel.com , then he contacted a lady and she said there was a mistake. There was an office which was not active and you hardly found someone when you were to ask something.
