Accessibility/locality, friendliness of staff. Security guard De Villers at gate is a true ambassador for your brand. At initial point of contact with facility his attitude and style is highly commendable

The water pressure in WC is very heavy and the noise when flushing may disturb guests in adjoining room.

I found it a great improvement on the last time I stayed over 2 years ago - I loved the big double bed and the flat screen tv - I will come again.

I think the computer side could be improved - I lost my money really as the computer froze and you cannot print - this is a necessity these days.

The location of the hotel and their service is great.

the only problem is that there is no air conditioning and it was sweltering in Cape Town.It is surprising since most hotels in South Africa have air conditioning.

was just overnighting flight was in late but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Noisy. Not isaolated enough against sound (flushes, showers, peoplespeaking in corridors)

No room service. Eaterys too far away in the storm. Not good for single female traveller. Courtyard should be more user friendly

The staff were excellent. Close to the VandA Waterfront is a bonus.

The hotel is not up to standard. The first room I stayed in was next to a restaurant, which made it extremely noisy. Furthermore, the passage in which my room was situated has a door that slammed everytime anybody entered the passage - my whole room vibrated and caused me to go without a minute's sleep the first night. I complained the next morning, but I could only be moved after another day.
