To reach the Breakwater Lodge from the Cape Town International Airport: 1. Take the N2 from the Airport to town. The N2 and N1 meet up at this point. 2. Drive straight passed a set of traffic lights and the Holiday Inn Hotel. 3. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right onto Western Boulevard. 4. Follow the right hand lane that leads to a small set of traffic lights leading onto Portswood Road. 5. Turn right onto Portswood Road. The Breakwater Lodge entrance is the third entrance on the right.

Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
Internet	Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 1 per minute. Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs ZAR 1 per minute.
Meal Plan	Breakfast costs ZAR 125 per person per night. Breakfast costs ZAR 45 per night per child under 12 years.
