Check in was a breeze. The service staff was excellent, professional and always polite. Design of the room was amazing. We were allocated the deluxe room on level 2 and as soon as we entered the room, we were blown away. Impeccable taste in design and furniture. Full set of toiletries available. Cosy, Comfort and Style all combined into one. Cleanliness of the room was tip-top. Located near eateries that are opened till late so food wasn't an issue. one would be spoilt for choice.

Supposedly there was free minibar, but the minibar was empty. After we told the staff, they put 2 pepsi cans and that's it. This was dissappointing. Nothing. breakfast felt a bit crowded. temperature of 1st floor is too low. Internet charge too much and room is very small. Little pricey for room size. Ants come easily in the hotel room, probably owing to the always damp atmosphere around the hot tub. The fridge could've been placed closer to the hot tub. Location is far from everywhere. Public transportation is only bus around the area unless you want to walk 20 mins to Bugis MRT. It is not valuable for money and definitely not 4-star hotel as mentioned in letsbookhotel.com Not so many eating choice around except mediterranean. Jacuzzi area is shared with another room.. very noisy neighbors at night we cud not sleep!. It was not worth the vaue for money as the room was very small with simple furniture and did not seem like 4* hotel room. No good view. There was no breakfast, restaurant. Although, I could not fix my departure time due to changing appointments with doctors and my emergency operation and medical condition and finally haq to leave one night earlier but the staff initialy could not convince the manager for the refund, but finally, the manager promised to refund that I am awaiting for. The front desk staff was rude. Argumentative and judgemental. Practically no facilities. very cramp. Quite a walk form the mrt station. One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in terms of value of money. Merely better than my own bedroom, and it is rated as 4 starts hotel! It smells as well! The location is in city centre, but lots of doggy places near by.
