First I was there for my Birthday Surprise. I love the atmosphere. So comfortable and nice. I went to booked for Fiance's Birthday. I booked the Junior suite we came back for the second time.The bathroom was awesome!! Its very romantic, clean, nice, the bed is wonderful very comfortable!! Overall we REALLY REALLY ENJOY OURSELF. THIS PLACE IS PERFECT FOR YOUNG COUPLES LIKE US. Will sure be back!!! ^_^ Thank yOu very much!.
all reviews » A nice little hotel quite central in Singapore, only a few minutes walk to Lavender MRT station, and with bus stop right outside the hotel also.The staff is very nice, always polite, and playful with our kids. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom has nice pressure in the shower. There´s also closet space to put your clothes. Nice little pool to dip in for the kids also. Rooms were comfortable and clean with a tropical theme which I liked. Room included a few small freebies which is always a nice touch. Service was good. Location is central and close to Bugis metro. We were very lucky to be able to check in earlier as well. Nice staff and nice British breakfast. Minibar is free of charge. Two water bottles, two juice cartons and one apple are provided every day. :) I stayed two weeks. They upgraded my room after 1 week staying from 1st store to 2nd store. The rooms was nice for the exception that i gt a non window jr suit...staff were nice n very accommedating..nt forgetting the counter staff was pretty as well esp the sweet chinese lady ;)...all in all it was a great staycation for me. My bf and i was celebrating our 4 years Anniversary and the rooms definitely has a romantic vibe. With only two levels, to have bathtub and swimming pool, we were very impressed.Rooms are well-furnished.Recommended for couples. + Staff was great, they helped me with a midnight early check in at no cost + Excellent cleaning services, they even replace water bottles and juices, complimentary + Location is great + Hotel was well maintained. Kind staff. 1. It has good but small swimming pool in front of our room. 2. We got nice ala carte breakfast but only 3 variants which may not fit children as having no sereal, porridge or soups. But the chef, kennedy, very keen to give us mashed yummy potatoes on the 4th day of our stay but with 2 hours of waiting (and 1 day delay as we was request on 2nd day but on the 3rd day morning there is none as got to know their stock was spoiled). The rooms are quite small, but for this price this is what you get in Singapore. Breakfast is served, but it´s mostly the same eggs with hashbrown potato and some sausage every day, so after 14 days it became a bit boring. Minor dislikes in the grand scheme of things include: Room did not have a towel rack. Did not see controls for bedside reading lights. The bed was huge which is great but leaves little space around it. Service was good. Electronic plug location is a little strange.
