Absolutely Everthing!Great value for money!!Centrally located to everything.The staff were fantastic,smiling,curteous willing to do anything for you and can arrange anything you want,from a hire car to tours,a cheap laundry to a great place to eat!!!!. It is in a perfect location and the staff were super nice.The staff were curteous, efficient and helpful. Really value for money, big room with nice city view. The air conditioning was too cool even when I didn't turn it on.I asked for a nonsmoking kingbed, but instead got a two double, but it wasn't really a problem. The housekeeping put them together and it was fine. Waiting too long at the front desk when checking in, after a long Flight. The staff are good but always seems there are delays doing things. Got plenty of staff but they handle 2 things at once then the ist person is then wailting. Service at the desk was sometimes poor. Long waits and staff didn't appear trained well enough for busy times. Some of them tried to make me pay for internet. I had to prove my paperwork to get it.There's construction work carry out during my stay, feel noisy that afternoon. specific smell in the room and to strong air conditioning, even if you turn it off it is still cold in the room. The system failed in many ways. The room phone was not working. Themaintaneance took ages to come up for repair. The room internet has aproblem. The housekeeping on the phone spoke hardly any english. Theycould have put someone that speaks better english to answer the phone atthe minimum. They should improve on thier room lighting. you should add the breakfast.
