Engineer Mr Ismail came forward out of the way to arrange a car for my
onward journey to Makkah. Mr Naeem at the Reception desk was also
helpful. The bedroom linens and bathroom toiletries were changed

Very quick check in. The location is very good very near to
prophet's mosque. Breakfast menu was very good. 8 very spacious
& fast lifts never had to wait more than a few seconds. Room service
was really good. Newspaper was available when asked for. The room had a

My family always want to stay in Anwar al Madinah Movenpick and have
done so, seven times out of the past eight visits. The one occasion
where we did not stay was due to having to stay near a friend who we
were helping out.
This is just a wonderful and friendly hotel and makes us feel right at home in Madinah, so much so, that my children do not want to stay anywhere else when we travel to Madinah. -
Our arrival was received by a staff and greeted by our first name at the hotel entrance. Welcoming drinks were served to our family. Fast check in and check out.
Location was excellent, next to the Haram. Supermarket available at the lower level.
Vast selection of food for breakfast at two different restaurants. Food was good.
Wifi speed in room is good but access was limited to two devices only.

I read the previous reviews here after making the booking and therefore was skeptical.
But I was not expecting a friendly and polite saudi receptionist. He seemed new at work and apologized for delay.
My parents are very picky about cleanliness and they were very pleased.

The very courteous and polite staff.
Check-in was very swift and while doing so had a friendly chat with Mr. Ahmed.
Another one of the staff actually went down to the pharmacy with me to get some bandages for my son.
The customer service was so good that i could not believe it is possible in ksa. -

formost thing is its only a walkable distance from Masjid Al nawabi.
Very clean & Hospitable people.The only thing I could feel some
difficulty is the Communication Skill of the staff in the restuarant.
At;east they should understand english .because people are coming from
different part of the world and the medium of communication would be
English after Arabic. Other than that it was excellant and thanks for
