The hotel is located very close to the holy prophet's mosque, It is very cosy and clean, The room was great, The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Th breakfast was very good and despite, I arrived very early to the hotel, they gave me a room so I could check in before 10 AM, The private parking is free of charge. I strongly recommend this hotel

First of all I want to say thank you for Mr Hisham he is a duty manager for this hotel he was very kind helpful and polite I think I will come back again because of him.
Second this hotel was luxury and very clean, good size room and modern bathroom I recommend it very strongly.

Location is great , near to Al- Rawdah. The hotel is just new and so clean. rooms are nicely decorated, all facilities are available. When i requested some extra needs from housekeeping it is provided on time. Restaurant for breakfast is very organized with many varieties of food and all are delicious , fruits are fresh and the service is excellent. to leave our baby during his sleep in it and go quickly to Haram the
