asked for or expected more. We arrived from Dubai by car - and the car
was immediately whisked away to the well maintained parking easily

hotel .In addition, I loved the stylish brass works with Quranic quotes
in the lobby and inside the room , You may face plenty of brilliant
Arabic calligraphy works where ever you look. Front desk personell were
professional , charming ,and willing to help. The hotel provide a water
heater and stuff to make tea and coffee inside the room for free .

ready/available because it was very busy, so the duty manager
instead of double bed, he gave me a 4 bed large room in the same price,
which was excellent and I really appreciated it, because I had family
and young kids so quick check in was brilliant, although the check in
starts at 1400 hrs I was checked in at 10:00.

But I was not expecting a friendly and polite saudi receptionist. He seemed new at work and apologized for delay.

The very courteous and polite staff.
Check-in was very swift and while doing so had a friendly chat with Mr. Ahmed.
Another one of the staff actually went down to the pharmacy with me to get some bandages for my son.

formost thing is its only a walkable distance from Masjid Al nawabi.
Very clean & Hospitable people.The only thing I could feel some
difficulty is the Communication Skill of the staff in the restuarant.
At;east they should understand english .because people are coming from
different part of the world and the medium of communication would be
English after Arabic. Other than that it was excellant and thanks for
