  I read the previous reviews here after making the booking and therefore was skeptical. But I was not expecting a friendly and polite saudi receptionist. He seemed new at work and apologized for delay. My parents are very picky about cleanliness and they were very pleased. Breakfast was everything we expected for the price we paid.   This was the second time I have been to Sufra Al Huda. This time I felt even better than before. First off the price was the best available. Location is very close to Haram. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. All facilities available and work. Staff was nice and friendly, and some of them really showed extra care and concern for guests even when... what people say » they could afford not to do so. Breakfast wise nice and plenty and sitting space was not a problem. Staff at the reception was very nice and also di - I recommend each and every one to choose this hotel .The first and formost thing is its only a walkable distance from Masjid Al nawabi. Very clean & Hospitable people.The only thing I could feel some difficulty is the Communication Skill of the staff in the restuarant. At;east they should understand english .because people are coming from different part of the world and the medium of communication would be English after Arabic. Other than that it was excellant and thanks for your assistance

  Location. Overlooking the Masjid Al Nabawi haram and very convenient for attending prayers. Courteous and helpful staff especially in the very busy restaurant and the reception. A plumbing problem in one of our rooms was taken care of promptly and efficiently. Proximity to other hotels and shopping was a plus as well. - the location is perfect for old people (you can praye in you room if it facing the haram) .for Eid prayer they prepair a privet area for the hotel guests . the Eid breakfast was 10 stars not 5 stars and the Eid environment that we had in this hotel we will never ever forget. we like to stay in dar al eman again and again . the room service (food) yammmmy(cleaning) perfect 24 hours the helpe you if you need help.
