  The hotel is maybe not what you expect from 4 stars in Western Europe but for the price and service, I think it is a good deal. We had an executive room (note that minibar is not free in executive and standard rooms - unlike stated below) which was large and spacious, and very clean. The bed is big, the bathroom pleasantly large with a great showe... what people say » r, and there is a small flatscreen tv and table with chairs. In addition, there is a closet for your clothes with plenty of hangers, an iron board and - The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. They provided directions to the Metro, post office and other places of interest. They arranged tours for us as well as booking reservations for us in local restaurants. The staff were just incredible and so friendly. The breakfast was included in the room and the breakfast was buffet style, with a very large and fresh choice of foods, and they would make eggs / omelettes if requested. We had difficulty with our air conditioner and we advise

  Everything. From the time we stepped in (was my second stay there this year) everything went super smooth. I booked a regular double with patio view but was upgraded to 2-level room with the Moika channel view (cannot thank the hotel staff enough for that!). With 2 floors and 2 entrances on different floors you feel like you're a special guest. Add to that 2 TVs, a private - This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! All the main attractions and sights are within the walking distance. The room was spacious, well-furnished and clean (both of the times). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! It had everything we needed, including all the toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and complementary bottles of water.   The design of rooms and the concept around the Hotel. It had everything I needed. Staff were helpful and personable and straightforward. It was comfortable without being overly expensive so really good value for money. - Red Stars Hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the staff was very friendly. Great value.
