Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.

The staff was more than helpful on every request we had. I had a solo room for 4 nights and enjoyed a million dollar view of the onion domes of the Church on Spilled Blood. At 2 A.M. I could peek out the room-darkening curtains and find the domes softly lit against the pale twilight. The Moika canal is just a - All the stuffs are very friendly and made my trip enjoyable.If you have any question such as visa voucher and trasportation from the airport(taxi), they give you the answer by email right away. It was very helpful. The room is big enough for one person and well cleaned, and free wi-fi is good, too! The location is perfect. I could walk to many tourist spots, especially the Church of the Savior on Blood is 2-3 mins on foot from the hotel.
