  How to answer that was positive, and that negative. I liked all from reception, service, a food. - Staff were generally very helpful including a 4am airport departure and providing a meal on arrival to a weary family (we used this hotel either end of a fortnight in rural Transylvania)

  The hotel is positioned close to the center of Cluj. It is the best price / service that can be found in any hotel in the city. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is hearty, were very sympathetic to the fact that I had to use the hotel facilities after I did chek-out - There is a family that owns and runs the place... what people say » , very helpfull and friendly. The place is nice and clean, has everything you need and you can get help with bookings, rent a car or whatever from the owner.

  It was clear to me from the first 10 seconds when I've entered inside, that the owner of the pension is very careful to details. Everything smells fresh, no smoking is allowed (is totally forbidded inside!), the room was clean and all the building has a KNX automation system from Schneider Electric (light spots, motion sensors, climate, electric s... what people say » witches etc). There is no low-cost feeling nowhere! The receptionist she was very kind to me when I've did check-in: she prepared me for free 2 sandwi - The staff gave us a very warm and friendly welcome which made us feel right at home. The room was clean and quite comfortable. Personal service accompanied the breakfast, which was nicely arranged. We would recommend the Bellagio to any of our friends, and look forward to returning there ourselves.

  The receptionist, Monica, was very welcoming and helped us with our travel arrangements to Iasi from Cluj. The hotel itself was excellent -- clean and with all the conveniences of home. The food was fresh, home-made and plentiful -- definitely a good value for the money. - Hotel staff are very plesent and the hotel is very clean.
