How to answer that was positive, and that negative. I liked all from reception, service, a food. . Staff were generally very helpful including a 4am airport departure and providing a meal on arrival to a weary family (we used this hotel either end of a fortnight in rural Transylvania). facilites good and location is walkable to town centre. staff were helpful. staff were very helpful and friendly.
