  We stayed in this hotel for a football match (Cluj v Chelsea), the staff were excellent, when we arrived at Cluj airport the taxi's wanted 100 Lei (fare should have been 20 Lei), we contacted the hotel and they sent the barman out to collect us. - The staff is excelent and all the services are also very good.

  Actually this hotel is not as brash and corny as we expected. Yes its a hotel made to seem like a counts mansion, and yes it has real bear skins, stuffed animals, towers and ramparts, but it is more tastefully decorated than we expected. Its fun, its luxurious and it is certainly value for money. The restaurant food is worthy of any 4 star hotel... what people say » with a little twist of fun, like worn out vampires dick, and Dracula's favorite bloody steak Tartare. The hotel is just a minutes walk from the town - Stunning themed hotel, photos on web-sight don't do it justice. Guest rooms excellent.

  The apartment was spacious, comfotable and very clean. The location is great, being close to both the Botanical garden and the city centre. - We stayed in flat A11 and it was a nice big flat with a large living room and a nice bedroom, both of them having a tv.

  Its a very good looking hotel, with modern design. Very clean and quiet room with a big double bed. The staff was polite and helpful although they speak Romanian with a local accent. The restaurant is also good, serving both Romanian and international dishes and the breakfast buffet was quite wide-ranged. The bathroom was very clean with a shower ... what people say » head that resembled a SciFi teleportation device and highly complicated faucets (good thing I'm an engineer). - I've been staying at many hotels in Cluj, but since now, this is the best option I've ever had; I'll definitely come back if I'll have to travel to Cluj again; Staff is very professional, and willing to help you, rooms are quiet, cosy with comfortable bed and anything you want inside, plenty of variety on breakfast - over all I'm proud that we have such 4* hotels at a decent price, in one of our major cities in Romania. Congrats for the 10+ mark.

  Everything. The 6 people apartment is amazing. Some people might see my next comment as a negative but in my opinion it's a big plus : you can tell the history of the building by it's design: Huge bedroom and smaller living room, the ceiling is very very high and the walls have a unique flaw in them as they are not exactly what you would call str... what people say » aight. The room is very clean and it offers you dozens of towels, soaps etc. The kitchen is well equiped. Location: perfect. Right in the center with - super, nemelo to chybu :) we was in cluj for a 2 nights and this place its very good for living, only one think was not good - parking, but I think in center of Cluj its this situatio normal and nearby of this apartemens are a big public parking house...

  As soon as we arrived we got upgraded to a better room, so a first impression every thing was perfect ! About the deluxe room : a big bed, i believe a queen size bed (actually 2 beds put together), the bathroom was big : it had a large shower, just fine for 2 persons, a bath and all the needed accessories. In the room there was a rug, a large tv 6... what people say » 6cm, very nice furniture and all the commands (light, drapes ...) were automated And also, the view was great, at night we saw cluj napoca just light - Room was great and comfortable, Service was excellent and there is a magnificent view of the city from my room's balcony. Like a lot the hotel's styling and design as well as the finishing. Breakfast and food at the hotel restaurants was also of quality.

  It is a convenient hotel for one night, when a driver gets tired and needs to get a nice sleep. The hotel borders a road with heavy traffic (but our room was quiet). - Well-equiped and relatively large room, reasonable breakfast. All concerned a good place for a stop-over in a journey, but nothing more.

  The room wasn't so big but very clean and silent. Staff was very friendly. The view from the room (heroes cemetery) didn't bother us at all, they were all very silent.
