Excellent breakfast( top level), great services, well trained staff at the restaurant. Avocado bistro manu is delicious, served in a warm, friendly atmosphere. I am waiting for coming back. We stayed in room 326 for €60, with a balcony and views over the city. New hotel with great pool, spa and sauna. Good wifi. Very comfy bed and nice linen. Excellent value for us. Not in the center of Cluj but close (15 minutes of walking). Very frendly and helpfull personal. Nice spa on the upper flor with a nice view of the city.

No room service. smoking at the hotel restaurant is alowed as all restaurants in Romania !. Food (room service) - expensive and not very good. no tea making facility in the room there is a sharp edge on bathroom worktopwhere one can easily bang their head when laying in the bathtub - not safe!. Too hot, bad air conditioning so bad sleep. Slow at Avocado Restaurant. The parking was a bit crowded, and vodafone had a large % of the space booked and not used :(. furniture. Annoying ventillation- too noisy, average breakfast. considering it was a top paid room, very poor in room tea&coffee facilities. No staff knew had to get it working and in the end was unable to use I was not impressed with the lounging sofa in my suite which was more of a spare cot rather than a sofa. Cold watter in the shower in the morning, not warm enough after 15 min of waiting... The breakfasts were not to my liking-and overpiced for what was offered.
