  We stayed in this hotel for a football match (Cluj v Chelsea), the staff were excellent, when we arrived at Cluj airport the taxi's wanted 100 Lei (fare should have been 20 Lei), we contacted the hotel and they sent the barman out to collect us. - The staff is excelent and all the services are also very good.

  As a business woman, I am travelling a lot across many countries, but in this hotel I really felt like being in Paradise! I was amazed by the variety and richness of the breakfast. The SPA Center was also available 24h, and the receptionists were all very polite, professional and friendly. The hotel is very close to the airport (10 mins away) and... what people say » to the city center (10 min) and taxi is available anytime in 2 minutes. Special thanks to the staff! I had a wonderful stay! - I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Paradis, the Hotel was very clean comfortable and the Spa was so relaxing. The staff at this Hotel were second to none, nothing was a chore. The Reception staff were with out doubt the most professional I've ever meet and really went that extra mile for us, so a big thank you to Laura and Miett. I would really recomend this City and Hotel it is well worth a look...

  Excellent breakfast( top level), great services, well trained staff at the restaurant. Avocado bistro manu is delicious, served in a warm, friendly atmosphere. I am waiting for coming back. - We stayed in room 326 for €60, with a balcony and views over the city. New hotel with great pool, spa and sauna. Good wifi.
