The location is great (central, yet intimate), the food is great, the room had everything I needed and more, but what strikes you the most when staying there is a general feeling of being home and being welcome, mostly thanks to the incredible people that run the hotel. The location, it might take a bit longer to get there. If you arrive from the airport let them know a day in advance and they arrange pick-up for just a small charge. Very convenient. The sound of stray dogs barking on and off throughout the night can be an irritation (a problem common throughout Romania. Nothing - everything was great!. After such a great hotel going to Milan 4 star hotel and receiving awful service... It would have been nice to have milk in the room for tea in the morning but this is such a small thing. This is design hotel, and most design hotels have one specific issue - small wardrobes and not enough space for belongings. But this is not crucial, definitely not an issue for short stay. Some noise from inside and outside if you are in one of the lower rooms. A little far (to walk) to major tourist attractions, not large selection of food outlets nearby. Nothing. I stayed in Cristina twice, second room (31) had bit worse noise insulation. Nothing. Nothing!. Too many light switches in the room :). Nothing. Cant find a thing. The design makes the atmosphere a little cold. The bed sheets were not covering my body, they don't have normal sheets, just a sort of Blanket that it is also small,.
