the appartment was very cold,heating didnt work the whole week, owner did not try to solve it after contacting him, if this would be solved, i would like to stay there another time, but other this condition No. cleanliness of the room. The apartment was missing some essencial things, Hot water not working properly, missing basic equipment like kitchen utilities, no cleaning service during the stay (it was supposed to have a cleaning service after every 3 days) and bad coordenation of reception services (we had to go to the central office services and after carrying our bags through town to go to the apartment). unprofessional staff, room uncleaned, no towels, and many more.
