Brilliant place to stay. To be frank, it turned out much better than I had expected it to be. We took the room with a Lakeview and it was just perfect. They have laundry in the room itself, so thats very convenient. Though its a few kilometres away from the centre of Queenstown, it isn't much of an issue, since there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and you reach the city centre in just 5-10 mins. This was the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to new Zealand.

Beautiful, clean, spacious lakeside location. Perfectly sited away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown, yet an easy 5 minute drive to get there. Handy for airport. Stunning views from apartment. We were two (mature) couples and had booked two separate rooms. On arrival we were offered a luxury two-bedroom apartment for the same price as the two separate rooms. Very nice. Fantastic place to stay- clean modern, spacious and very comfortable (we loved the heated flooring in the bathroom). We would highly recommend it to anyone. Excellent service and privacy was outstanding. It was like having a little hideaway. Brilliant stay and recommend this haven to travellers near and far. I'd suggest you make your payment the day you check-in itself, so that you can pay in cash during one of the subsequent days, in case your card doesn't work. nothing. Having to leave!!. That the consumables weren't replenished during our stay. Office closed between 12 and 1 and didn,t respond to cellphone. (I was locked out). The location is quite far from town center, you must have car to easily transport to. There was a minor issue with the late room cleaning but that was quickly resolved. Nothing not to like but you must have a car, if you are staying here. It is 6 km to downtown Queenstown. No views from motel rooms. Nothing. connecting door to next door appointment allowed too much noise to come from neighbours. Soap and shampoo contain parabans which are not eco friendly. had to go through a bedroom to access a bathroom (not great with sleeping children). That you could see into others room from living room, we kept curtain closed. Without lift, have to lift baggage to upper units by oneself,. Office needs to be open longer. Not suitable for travelers without car, about 5 km to town center, it takes 1 hour walking or $5.5 bus one way. Nothing. Slightly too far out of Queenstown, its actually Frankton. A microwave in the hotel room would make life easier. Nothing. Price is a little bit expense, the bathroom is not good enough and feel dizzy when stay long. Pity we had room near the road, and a wee distance from our car park! Minor points really!. Housekeeping was very bad Used towels were not replaced Apartment was not cleaned properly Nobody asked for feedback Staff were very cold and responded only if you asked something Missing a restaurant ! Reception closes at 7pm No TV in 2nd Bedroom. Office should be open longer Outside the city so had to pay expensive bus ticket each time we went to queenstown. No proper door for master bedroom.
