We needed a one night stay for a flight next day. It was close to airport and Great restaurant. All good.

I didn't know where the stairs were instead of using the elevator (not that I looked very hard). Didn't like that I couldn't open the window for some fresh air.

Very speedy check in. Plenty of car parking spaces. Exceptionally clean. Very close to airport and a good restaurant next door. Breakfast was very good value and the receptionist topped it up as soon as he knew we were staying for breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Location, basic clean facilities and surprisingly quiet - perfect when a room is needed for an early morning flight

Reception staff could provide more information about the facilities when checking in. I was given my key at that was it. They were not rude but not overly interested either.

Easy, efficient hotel. Close to the airport, grocery store and some fast food. Loved the key card slot to control the lights, very efficient.

Was used to tea making facilities in all the hotels in NZ. Missed that. Also, while I understand the reason, was bit put off by the lack of access to fresh air.

modern and clean.it is close to airport with good shuttle bus.a variety of food shops nearby.we found it quiet at night.lovely sleep and we loved the view.the staff were pleasant and the price not at all painful.

Stayed in a family room which was fine being on my own. However with a family of 4 ( 2 bunk ) it might be a bit crowded. The master bed was a good size and comfortable. Plenty lighting everywhere. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Location great, near a selection of shops. Can't say anything about the other facilities provided as I didn't use them. Bus service from and to airport.

It was quite noisy. Of course that's all to do with the other guests and their behaviour.

The hotel was good value for money. Room was clean and the bed was nice and comfy.

Walking distance from airport and fairly cheap for a night stay as my flight arrived mid night. We took a cab to campervan depot on the next day. Just nice for a good night rest. Room is small but we just needed a place to rest, so, it was fine an meet our requirement.

No information booklet or direction from airport. We called and used google map to guide. Doesnt make sense to take a transport as the hotel is really a short distance from the airport

The hotel room, though it was small was ideal for what I needed, which was a bed near the airport for an early morning flight. Though I payed a discount rate, I'm not sure I would want to pay full rates for the room as I don't think it was worth more.

This hotel is great for people who arrive AKL late or take early flights It's around 10-15 mins walk from the airport. There is a 24/7 supermarket nearby, also KFC, McDonald's in walking distance. Very convenient and good value.

The shuttle bus costs NZD$6/trip/person which I think it's expensive. Guest room and the shower room are small.

Long wait at 5am in morning for shuttle bus that took over half an hour to arrive. No free shuttle for us...it costs $5 per head

The water runs out of shower door making it a slip & fall danger on the floor (room 214) (I reported this when we checked out) It would have been nice to have 2 pillows each instead of one thin one.

Staff attitude. We checked in late night and were to check out early morning to catch a flight. When we enquired to use the meal area for having dinner, the lady at the reception was not welcoming because she said the area is prepared for breakfast and she does not want people to use it before that. We were wondering if she is more concerned about the guests or the setting of the place

Great place to crash for the night before an early flight the next morning.

Come off a late international flight and would have loved a face cloth, was only provided towels.

We liked the furnishings, very basic but in new condition and very clean.

The rooms were on the small side so we had to think about where to put the luggage, etc. so we wouldn't stumble over it. Opening windows or improved ventilation would have been nice.

Clean and enough room for a short stay. The bed linen was clean and also the shower area clean with towels. The microwave was handy.

Maybe another mirror in the main area. The walls get scuffed that's the only thing that I felt could do with freshening up.
