  The staff from maintenance, to front desk to bartender were all wonderful. They had great personalities and were extremely helpful -- in addition, many were quite funny.   Beautiful decorated room,with fantastic design of bathroom..Ideallocation ,close to everywhere .Easy to get the hotel from Centralstation by tram .Very friendly staff.. Wifi internet connection is agreat plus! Will stay here for sure next time if possible - the staff were very helpfull and the room/view was very nice!! we will be staying here again... what people say » .

  The weather was not great in amsterdam during our stay, but the hotel was perfect place to relax and meet other guests and so welcoming. It was the hightlight of our holiday and there were other enjoyable aspects to our stay in Amsterdam. Their all-in deal (which includes a good breakfast and free drinks in the room and at the bar) is a great concept and made our stay all the more pleasurable. All in all, very good value for money.
