The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

The apartment was big enough. Good location, close to restaurants and shopping zones. A direct tram to the central station, 6 stops only. Canal view. Fully equipped kitchen. The host was kind to propose in advance another address instead of the one mentioned in initial booking (because of the noize due to nearby renovations)

Free Internet access!!! Breakfast price is rather high but if you'll find offer with breakfast included then in my opinion it's the best option to choose. Mini-Bar is automatic so you cannot put anything else to the fridge. In the room there's kettle and choise of tee, coffee and cacao bags that is being refilled after room cleaning (daily).
