  It's right in the city center. Hotel has bikes to rent for customers and cycling is the best option for sight seeing - Everything, the staff were very friendly and the rooms have most comfortable beds

  So many nice extra touches, eg. range of toiletries in bathroom including hairbrush and a pillow menu. Big flat screen tv in the room. Lots of channels on tv, eg. BBC, Sky News. Very comfortable hotel and while in a busy location, I could not hear a sound outside. I would definitely go back there. Everywhere was so close.   The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. - Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment). But we spoke to the recept... what people say » ionist about our concerns and she was very nice to us, going out of her way to give us a room on the first floor with wi-fi that worked perfectly.
