I loved its postion and our room overlooked the Church of St Bavo's. My 86 year old mother was enthralled and had never in her life stayed some-wehre like this. It was worth all the trouble at the airport getting her there. She is in a wheelchair and we found all the facilities and staff exteremley helpful - the antiques and the bar of the hotel. i

We were impressed by Naomi. She never stops working. She is the
receptionist, answers the emails, waits the customers at midnight,
brings your suitcases upstairs, cleans the rooms, prepares the breakfast
with pancakes and fresh orange juice. In two nights we've never seen
another person.

... what people say » big. The bathroom is also very big. You can park in front of the hotel, it's free till 9 a.m., or on the crossing street which is always free. -
We actually rented 3 rooms with extra beds and it was wonderful. The rooms ARE as big as you see on photos. Very clean and the owner was friendly and willing to accommodate us in any way. Would definitely go back!
