  I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The rooms were big and clean, and the location of the hotel just can't be beaten. They also have a Sunday late checkout which was AMAZING and made our trip that much more pleasant. I will definitely stay there again. - Location to city centre and Centraal Station.   So many nice extra touches, eg. range of toiletries in bathroom including hairbrush and a pillow menu. Big flat screen tv in the room. Lots of channels on tv, eg. BBC, Sky News.   I was part of a group of 8 who stayed for New Year. From the firstminute we walked in to the minute we left we received nothing but firstclass service all round. Literally 5 minutes walk from Centraal Station,this recently renovated hotel is very impressive, from the lobby to therooms to the bar area.
