  I was a great experience staying at the Grand Hotel the rooms are very nice, It is in great location for shopping and sightseeing. The staff were great and so was the food. - Beautiful, pristine new hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the room was lovely and warm. The breakfast was very good.

  We stayed there from Wed 12/03 until Sat 15/03. Everything we could have hoped for. In particular, the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel and all the facilities including the sauna were clean and tidy, will go there again without any doubt. We also used the salon which was excell... what people say » ent too. Highly recommended. - Guests were welcomed warmly. Staff in all aspects (servers, desk people) were extremely helpful and accommodating. Excellent. Would return to the Palatijn in Alkmaar again!
