  This place was perfect for spending the night before departure. I arrived early on the day before I was leaving The Netherlands and while I understandably couldn't get into my room before noon, the staff stored my bags so I could go explore Amsterdam. They have a very convenient shuttle bus to Schiphol so catching a train into the city is a snap.... what people say » Rooms are immaculate, albeit sparse...which is fine for a simple overnight stay. - Co-located with more expensive Ibis and its restaurant, transportation services. Better than most Amsterdam hotel rooms at twice the price, and 20 minutes from Museumplein / Amsterdam trams by nearby public bus, or by hotel shuttle to Schiphol and train to Centraal Station. An inexpensive, reliable quality way to visit Amsterdam and remain very close to Schiphol for early morning /late evening travel.

  The hotel staff were very friendly/lovely and very helpfull. Lovely hotel and the room was actually large. Hotel in nice area by Botanical Gardens (Horticus Botanicus) 15-20 min walk into city centre! Definately stay there again! - quiet, friendly and close to center. 2 stars but feels like 3, to say the least.

  Amazing staff! cannot ask for more. In the request section I asked for a hand drawn giraffe on a napkin to be waiting in my room and sure enough I received it. In the morning the staff and I had a bit of banter about it as well and posed for photos with it for me. An amazing place. - Lovely hotel, friendly English speaking staff.   The staff member who was receiving me and serving breakfast was very friendly and service minded, exactly the right person for the job. The hotel is clean and simple and just right for the price. - Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Good walking distance from bus stop. Restaurant across the road.
