  The room was a good size, nicely furnished and with a working tv. The bathroom was really nice too, very clean and had a hair dryer. We loved our stay here as it was right next to the flower markets so it was easy to find our way there (once we already knew where it was) and it wasn't too loud at night. - Extremely good location in walking distan... what people say » ce to everything you want to see in Amsterdam. Spanish tapas, bars/pubs and flower market just downstairs. Two toilets and shower is shared between rooms, however for the short city trip it was a perfect choice.

  Hans was brilliant very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is very clean and smart! They have everything you need. Even let us stay another night as are flights got changed. 5minute walk to the town centre will be booking the same place for next year as we couldnt of asked for anything better!

  We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful anf comfortable apartment. We went to Amsterdam for my husbands birthday and andreas's (the owner's) girlfriend baked us a delicious cake which was delivered at the apartment in the morning..was a lovely surprise for my husband! Recommend the apartment not just for convenient location and beautiful surrounding... what people say » s but also for the friendly and helpful owner! - Very spacious and beautiful décor. Very comfortable - apart from second bedroom bed. Helpful meet and greet. Modern kitchen and bathroom and kitchen had basic supplies. Handy location for local shops and restaurants. Good tram service to centre city - about a 5 min walk to stop and 15 minute tram ride - so not right in the city.
