Perfect staff, the manager was extremely helpful organizing our trips and answering all our questions etc. Really great guy.
Also we got probably the best rate in the city to exchange our euros to Dirhams at the Riad.

Very helpful and friendly management. The Ryad was in typically relaxed
Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard
facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina
although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a
little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and
appeared safe.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

from chef, they booked in a henna artist for me and a masseur which were
priced even cheaper then local prices, breakfast was served whatever

Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week. This was something else!! We loved to stay with Mr. Andre and his team. Manzil Le Tortue's Chef Mr. Guillaume Mantalent must be the best Chef in Marrakech. Excellent food! And Andre didn't know the best he could do for us. A great stay for both our two teenagers and for us. Good transferservice into Marrakech if needed -

Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean.
Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool.
The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second.
At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.

The owner of the Riad was so nice and helpful, she made perfect tea and gave us map on the fist day and she woke up at 6 to make the breakfast for us, although they serve them from 8.30 am. For the first time is good stay and good value for money. The first day everyone is lost in small streets of the Medina, but 2 and next days we found our way to the main Market and back to the Riad with no problems, it takes around 20 minutes get to the Market. The bus station is 5 and Majorelle Jardin -1

The room was understated luxury. Sumptuous bed and pillows. Bright white linen. Lovely design with a local Moroccan influence in its elegant simplicity. Staff were lovely, helpful but not pushy. The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -
